NEWSFLASH: Florida Court Allows Recounts
The Florida Supreme Court has just delivered a 42 page judgement concerning the outcome of the Florida State Presidential Election holding that the hand recounts currently underway will count in the Presidential race.
The court said that the County Canvassing boards conducting the recounts will have to file their results by 9am November 27th.
In doing so the court overturned an earlier decision that held that the Florida Secretary of State had a discretion not to accept the results of hand recounts.
