Weather Workshop: All district forecast for NZ

Now the All Districts forecast from Weather Workshop:

The Situation: A ridge remains slow moving over central New
Zealand today. A weak front should move over the South Island
during the day then move away to the east.

NORTHLAND: Mainly fine weather but one or two showers possible
along the east at times. Southeasterly breezes.

AUCKLAND, COROMANDEL PENINSULA, BAY OF PLENTY, ROTORUA WAIKATO,
WAITOMO, TAUMARANUI, TARANAKI, TAUPO, WANGANUI, MANAWATU,
TAIHAPE, WELLINGTON, GISBORNE, HAWKES BAY and WAIRARAPA:
Fine weather with light winds. Frosty in many places with
morning fog patches possible.

BULLER, WESTLAND and FIORDLAND: Showers about Fiordland
spreading as far as the glaciers this morning but remaining
dry further north with cloudy periods. Southerly breezes
developing.

NELSON and MARLBOROUGH: Fine weather with light winds but
southerly winds may develop for a time along the Kaikoura
Coast tonight with the odd shower.

CANTERBURY: Fine, foggy and frosty at first with light
winds. A brief change this afternoon to southerly winds
with one or two showers possible.

OTAGO and SOUTHLAND: Mostly fine and frosty inland but cloud
and a few showers developing about the coast for a time.
Brisk southwesterly winds developing about the coast with
lighter winds inland.

CHATHAM ISLANDS: A mix of cloud and fine periods with a
few light showers at times. Southwesterly breezes.

THE OUTLOOK FOR TOMORROW: Fine weather over much of the
country but cloudy about North land with a few showers.
At the Chatham Islands, a few showers and southwesterly
winds.
