What’s your Wellness Score?

What’s your Wellness Score?

New quiz to provide personal and national view of Kiwis’ health and happiness

A new quiz is available to help New Zealanders learn more about their personal wellbeing and contribute to a picture of the country’s overall health and happiness. Each and every New Zealander who takes the quiz will be having input into the total score and will be able to see a real time view of the country’s wellness scores on completing their own.

The Wellness Quiz, part of Nestlé’s new Choose Wellness initiative, gives Kiwis a score between zero and 100 based on their responses around happiness, diet, exercise, health behaviours, sleep and social interaction. The quiz is at the heart of the initiative and the supporting website guides people in making small changes to help them live a healthier, happier life.

“Choose wellness is all about getting Kiwis engaged with their health in a proactive and positive way. We want to start conversations around health and wellness and arm people with information, tools and tips to improve their wellbeing,” explains Veronique Cremades, Nestlé New Zealand CEO.

Veronique has taken the quiz, returning a score of 81% - which is good, but it highlights areas to improve. “As a result of doing the quiz, I will try to get some more veges into my diet to improve my score.”

Over 10,000 Kiwis have already taken the quiz and their results will join thousands of others over the coming months to form a more holistic view of New Zealanders’ wellbeing.

We invite you to take the Wellness Quiz at www.nestlechoosewellness.co.nz. Whatever your score, there is a wealth of information on the Choose Wellness website to help you feel better and live a healthier life.
