Food recall issued after Listeria detected - reminder
The Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) is reminding people of the nationwide voluntary recall of some ready-to-eat
meat products manufactured by Bay Cuisine.
MPI has overseen the voluntary recall, issued on 19 July 2012, after Listeria was detected in some ready-to-eat meat
products.
The use-by and best-before dates on some of the products extend to early September, so MPI wants to remind people who
could still have some of the recalled ready-to-eat meats to throw them out or return them to where they bought them.
These products should not be eaten.
