Annabel Young leaves the Pharmacy Guild
The Pharmacy Guild of New Zealand (the Guild) President, Karen Crisp, announced today that Annabel Young has departed the Guild.
Mrs Crisp confirmed that the Board would start a recruitment process for a new Chief Executive immediately.
In the meantime, the Guild will focus on continuing to support its members through the Pharmacy Services Agreement consultation process and strongly represent their views during the subsequent discussions with the DHBs.
“It is essential that, as an organisation, we remain clearly focused on our members during this very important time,” Mrs Crisp commented.
“We are fortunate that we have an excellent team at the Guild’s headquarters in Pharmacy House, as well as an active Board that have already proved to be more than capable of supporting members in these matters.”
