Epilepsy Northland Makes Positive Moves
Epilepsy Northland’s restructuring programme will provide people with epilepsy in the Northland area with new and improved services, commencing in June of this year.
A new Field Officer is currently being recruited and we are also looking for an epilepsy educator to work in the community. A new office facility is also being investigated in order to accommodate the growing number of attendees to the monthly information seminars, which are offered free of charge to people with epilepsy and other interested people.
Unfortunately this will mean that the Epilepsy Northland office will be unmanned for a short period of time. However, services through the Epilepsy New Zealand 0800 20 21 22 number and website will still be available, as will taxi vouchers.
