Updated case numbers for Hawke’s Bay Influenza A (H1N1), swine flu health alert
Hawke’s Bay District Health Board is continuing to identify and screen people who are unwell and who have returned from, or been in contact with people who have retuned from, Mexico or North America in the last seven days.
As at 1500 hours, 01 May 2009:
• 7 Hawke’s Bay people are considered suspect for Influenza A, (of these 3 relate to the student group)
• No people in Hawke’s Bay have tested positive, confirmed probable, for Influenza A (H1N1), swine flu.
• 69 Hawke’s Bay people are in home quarantine. (of these 56 relate to the student group)
