28/8/06 The helicopter was placed on standby for a beacon search. Stood down before taking off.
30/8/06 A male child was transferred from Waikato Hospital to Starship Hospital.
31/8/06 The helicopter was placed on standby for an accident at Waihi. Stood down.
31/8/06 A female with a medical condition was transported from Glorit to North Shore Hospital.
31/8/06 A male child was transferred from Whangarei Hospital to Starship Hospital.
3/9/06 The helicopter responded to Whangarei and transferred a male child to Starship Hospital.
3/9/06 A male with several injuries after a hang gliding accident was transported from Awhitu to Middlemore Hospital.
3/9/06 New Zealand Police tasked the helicopter to Piha.
