DATE: MISSION SUMMARY FOR THE WESTPAC RESCUE HELICOPTER


21/8/06 The helicopter responded to Dome Valley and transported a male and a female with injuries received after car v car to Auckland City Hospital.

24/8/06 NZ Police tasked the helicopter for an aerial search at Mangere Bridge.

24/8/06 A male with chest pain was transported from Great Barrier Island to Auckland City Hospital.

25/8/06 A female with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

25/8/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke island and transported a teenage male with an arm injury to Starship Hospital.

25/8/06 A male with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

26/8/06 The helicopter was tasked to Waiheke Island to a paraglider. Stood down enroute.

26/8/06 Ambulance control tasked the helicopter to Whitianga, however unable to fly due to weather conditions.

27/8/06 A female with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

27/8/06 The helicopter was placed on standby by NZ Police. Stood down not required.
