22/5/06 The helicopter was tasked to Kawakawa Bay to a person with a medical condition. Stood down enroute.
22/5/06 A male with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
25/5/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a male child with a medical condition to Starship Hospital.
25/5/06 A male child with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Starship Hospital.
27/5/06 After a car v truck at Windy Ridge (Warkworth) a male child was transported to Starship Hospital.
27/5/06 The helicopter was stood down enroute to a motor vehicle accident at Pukekawa.
28/5/06 A pregnant woman was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
