Toddle Waddle round the Springs…..the Round the Bays event for young children!
If round the bays sounds like too much hard work….then don’t despair……come and join the Meningitis Trust and Toddle Waddle your way through Western Springs!
At 11am, on Sunday 20th March children and parents from all over Auckland will join Kevin Milne (Fair Go) and his daughter Tommie, April Bruce, and the team at the Meningitis Trust to walk from Auckland Zoo through Western Springs to MOTAT in the largest Toddle Waddle Auckland has seen!
Toddle Waddle is a fun walk for young children and their carers. Children can get sponsored or donations can be made on the day but all funds raised will help the Meningitis Trust to support the hundreds of individuals and families whose lives have been touched by this devastating disease.
Event Organiser Nicola Garland says, “Come and join Monty the Duck and his mates and join in the fun. It’s a fantastic event for children and their parents or carers to get involved in and help make a difference”
Waddling will start at 11am from the entrance of Auckland Zoo and will finish at MOTAT where you can go on and enjoy their annual French day!
To be a part of the excitement just be at the Zoo for 11am this Sunday. For further information or if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact our events team on 09 428 0828.
