Calan’s Sale Of Artemis Medical Centre Lapses
Statement made by Miles Wentworth, Chief Executive Officer,
Calan Healthcare Properties Trust
The conditional agreement Calan Healthcare Properties Trust had to sell the Artemis Medical Centre on Auckland’s North Shore to Radius Health Group Ltd has lapsed.
The sale was initially to go unconditional on May 31, 2004, and this deadline was extended until June 30, 2004.
Radius has informed Calan it would not be going unconditional nor seek an extension of the conditional agreement. The two parties have agreed to continue discussions on an informal basis.
