Inspired Kindergartens is proud to announce that they remain the top-ranked multi-service Early Childhood Education service in New Zealand as assessed by the Education Review Office (ERO). In fact, in 2018 they improved their rating to 70% of all kindergartens operating at the highest possible level.
ERO evaluates and reports on the education and care of children and young people in early childhood services and schools.
We spoke to Sandra Braithwaite Kindergarten parent and Board member about her kindergarten experience.
“We were recommended to Greerton Village Kindergarten when we moved to Tauranga. The moment we first arrived I knew why. We were welcomed that day, the same way we are welcomed each day, at what we now consider our extended home and family.
“The teachers are simply amazing and have the kids at the forefront of everything.
“As a parent, we love that days include lemon tasting to tree climbing, building with real tools to sewing. These skills are what we wanted our kids to learn at kindergarten in this fast changing world.
“Each day our kids start with a whakatauki, which is simple but on point;
Kia Maia, Kia Toa, Kia Manawanui
Be Brave, Be Strong, Be of Good Heart
Our kindergarten is a central part in our village to raising children.”
Inspired Kindergartens and Home Based Education offers quality preschool education to over 900 children through its network of 21 kindergartens and home based education services. For more information visit www.inspiredkindergartens.nzwww.inspiredkindergartens.nz
