Dr Cathy Wylie, a Chief Researcher at the New Zealand Council for Educational Research (NZCER), has been appointed to the 5-member taskforce that will lead the review of Tomorrow’s Schools.
‘NZCER is delighted with Cathy’s appointment to the taskforce,’ say NZCER Director Graeme Cosslett. ‘She has more than 30 years of experience as a leading educational researcher, with great expertise in the relationship between policy and learning, teaching, and leadership in our schools.’
The other members of the taskforce are Bali Haque (Chair), Barbara Ala’alatoa, Professor Mere Berryman, and Professor John O’Neill.
The Tomorrow’s Schools Review will look at what changes are needed to better support learners throughout their schooling
