Professor Adam Lam from the Confucius Institute at Canterbury University delivers a presentation on the Chinese cultural cuisine to seminar attendees at the Southern Institute of Technology on Thursday night (28/8/2014). Professor Lam presented the significance of different cuisine and culture in different regions of china and the role that food plays in the dynamics of a cultural gathering. The Southern Institute of Technology is also currently delivering a Certificate in Post Beginner Chinese Language in partnership with the Confucius Institute.
