NorthTec to open a new Auckland Campus
NorthTec is pleased to announce that it will soon be offering tertiary studies in Auckland when its new Campus becomes operational later this year.
“This is an exciting step forward for NorthTec and it is in line with the Government’s desire to meet the growth in the international education sector,” NorthTec Council chairman Vern Dark says.
“It is also part of our long-term strategy to become a significant provider of education and training for international students in Auckland and Whangarei.”
In order to attract international students, NorthTec has secured a campus location in the heart of the Auckland CBD at 155 Queen St.
“We wanted to offer our future students the opportunity to study and experience the heart of Auckland City, and at the same time it puts us in close proximity to the other significant providers of tertiary education,” Mr. Dark says.
NorthTec will initially offer courses in Business, Management, Arts and English; will then roll out further study options from 2014.
