New Tertiary Education Commission Chief Executive Appointed
The Chair of the Tertiary Education Commission, John Spencer today welcomed the appointment of Tim Fowler as the Commission’s new Chief Executive.
“I am pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Fowler as the Chief Executive of the TEC. Tim is currently Deputy Chief Executive, Quality Assurance of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority,” said Mr Spencer.
“The Board is delighted to have secured the services of such an experienced professional and he brings a wealth of experience to the role.”
Tim has had a career in the higher education and international business sectors in both Australia and New Zealand. He takes up his new position on 2 April.
