TEU Members Accept New CPIT Collective
CPIT and Tertiary Education Union (TEU) members at CPIT have agreed a new collective employment agreement following negotiations and mediation between TEU representatives and CPIT. The union announced the conclusion of the ratification process yesterday.
CPIT Chief Executive Kay Giles said CPIT was very pleased that the new agreement has been settled.
“In settling the collective we can look forward to ensuring that we continue to deliver to our students in a way that is flexible and relevant to the circumstances that face Canterbury. We need to have a high performing, well remunerated workforce and this agreement achieves those goals,” she said.
