The Future Is Now At MOTAT These School Holidays

Media Information

Robospeak - The Future Is Now At Motat These School Holidays

Robots are no longer a dream of the future, the technology to create them is now here, so bring your family to check out the latest robotic advances in MOTAT's July school holiday programme, RoboSpeak.

Kids will be fascinated to learn just how their favourite toys come to life through participation in numerous interactivities, including building a Lego robot which reacts to different environments and creating their own robotic hand!

MOTAT's life like flight simulator will also be in operation for the kids to enjoy and they will relish the opportunity to learn how to operate MOTAT's collection of robots and take part in a robot themed quiz too. Every quiz participant will go into the draw to win their very own state of the art robotic dragonfly!

RoboSpeak aims to get children thinking about different types of robots, how they are constructed, how they are used in our every day lives and the way in which humans interact with them.

So get your kids down to MOTAT these schools holidays for a fun filled learning experience!
