Kids Can Get Creative these Holidays with Canon’s Creative Park Website
Kids can get creative these school holidays - when they put a computer, Canon printer, pair of scissors and glue to good use – with Canon’s activity-filled Creative Park website www.canon.co.nz/creativepark.
A whole range of new activities have been added to the popular website which has countless free and easy-to-download craft ideas so that youngsters are entertained for hours on end.
Kids wanting to make a greeting card for someone special will find an impressive selection of card designs online, including fun new pop up cards – so much better than a store-bought version. If they want to keep their imagination fuelled, they can also create their own stationery and envelopes, using templates which feature on the website.
Art and craft lovers alike will be excited by the scrapbook section where they can download and print patterned paper and develop a personalised book while budding photographers will pick up some great tips.
If they really want to impress, kids can visit the 3D paper craft section where they can build their own 3D models by printing off, cutting and folding templates into a whole range of models including animals and toys, even Buildings of the World such as the Eiffel Tower or London Bridge. Creative Park has recently added the Forbidden City and Temple of the Inscriptions to the lineup. Each is accompanied by some information about the subject so that children are learning at the same time.
Canon’s Market

says the launch of new activities on the Creative Park
website highlight Canon’s ongoing commitment to innovation
and creativity.
“Canon products encourage creativity
and this philosophy has been extended to the Creative Park
website. As well as fostering creativity, the site promotes
learning with a strong educational element accompanying the
activities. And with such a variety of different activities
on it, Creative Park will keep children busy for days, so is
definitely one to add to the favourites list these
holidays.”
