Excellence in Educational Journalism award
NZCER and TEFANZ are proud to offer the 2006 Excellence in Educational Journalism award for the fifth time, and for the second time offer an award for excellence in educational journalism for emerging reporters.
The major award carries a prize of $2000, while the winner of the Emerging Journalist category will receive $1000. The major award is open to all journalists in the print and electronic media, while the 'Emerging' award is open to all journalists who began their journalism career on or after 1 January 2004. The recipients of the awards will be announced in early July.
The closing date for entries is 5.00 pm on Tuesday, 6 June 2006.
