Open Polytechnic student Chris Ferreira has been awarded the Gerling NCM EXGO Scholarship for study in the Polytechnic's Diploma in International Marketing.
The $2,500 scholarship, awarded annually, is open to all Open Polytechnic students studying the programme, and is based on academic performance.
National distance learning tertiary provider The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand and Export New Zealand jointly developed the scholarship, which covers the course fees for the diploma, and is intended to promote excellence in exporting in New Zealand.
It is proudly sponsored by Gerling NCM EXGO, the New Zealand trade credit insurance company.
