The Kiwi Musician Taking Chinese Social Media By Storm

Levi Patel is a singer-songwriter and music producer based in Auckland whose music has gone viral on Chinese social media.
He made a video for Chinese video platform Douyin about his visit to a small Chinese city, featuring photos he took and recalling some memories in basic Mandarin, set to his single 'Gravity'.
He woke up the next day to see the video going viral.
Maggie Tweedie speaks to him about the experience.
