Arctic Monkeys release additional GA tickets for NZ show

Published: Wed 30 Jan 2019 04:14 PM
British rock royalty Arctic Monkeys will touch down in New Zealand in early March and with demand for tickets so overwhelming, Frontier Touring has released additional general admission floor tickets to ensure fans don’t miss out.
Updated production information has allowed these extra tickets to be made available. This allocation is strictly limited!
Touring in support of their sixth studio album, Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino (Domino/Universal Music NZ), Arctic Monkeys will visit Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland through February and March 2019. Joining them at all shows will be friends and collaborators Mini Mansions, the LA trio featuring members of Queens of the Stone Age and The Last Shadow Puppets.
Arctic Monkeys recently released a two-track digital bundle, featuring a previously unreleased b-side, ‘Anyways’. The band have also shared Warp Speed Chic, a short film directed by Ben Chappell and originally shown as part of the band’s AM:ZM exhibitions in London and Sheffield, alongside the photography of Zackery Michael.
The Sheffield band have now released six studio albums. Their debut, Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not, was the fastest-selling debut album in UK chart history, winning the Mercury Prize for best album. Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino became their sixth consecutive #1 debut in the UK, the country’s fastest-selling vinyl in 25 years, and their fourth record nominated for the Mercury Prize. They’ve won seven Brit Awards, been nominated for three Grammys and have headlined festivals all over the world.
General admission tickets were previously sold out, so don’t miss your chance to nab the final few tickets that have just been made available.
