Jason Gunn & Jay-Jay Feeney Are Getting Locked up ....For a Good Cause!
More FM Drive hosts Jason Gunn and Jay-Jay Feeney will be locked up in a jail cell this December, in a bid to raise funds for local charity Koru Care to send a group of deserving New Zealand children on a special trip to the Gold Coast.
Koru Care’s mission is to make dreams come true for seriously ill and disabled New Zealand children. These are Kiwi kids who have drawn the short straw: in some cases they have cancer, kidney disease or heart problems, in other cases they have lost the use of their limbs or have serious congenital abnormalities. But they still have the capacity to smile, laugh and create good memories; they just need someone to wave the magic wand - and Jase & Jay-Jay are stepping up to help out this worthwhile cause.
Between Monday 5 November and Sunday 2 December this year, More FM listeners can nominate a deserving child to go on this special trip. Nominees must fit Koru Care’s eligibility criteria for selection and submissions can be made via morefm.co.nz during the month-long nomination period.
As of Monday 3 December, Jase and Jay-Jay will be locked in a ‘jail’ cell at Auckland’s NorthWest shopping center. This is a 24/7 mission and the pair must stay locked in the cell while we raise enough money to send these brave children to the Gold Coast.
More FM listeners and supporters of this cause will be encouraged to head to morefm.co.nz and donate money to Koru Care to bring some joy to these very deserving children. 100% of donations go directly to Koru Care and there are no administration fees.
