What: Uproar Music Festival – a music festival for up and coming musicians and a family friendly event.
When: 10th November 2018 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Where: Ferrymead Heritage Park

Ferrymead Heritage Park is proud to host the latest event to come out Christchurch thrilling music scene - Uproar Music Festival.
With its debut this November, Uproar will showcase local performers and give a stage to up-and-coming artists from the underground Christchurch music scene.
This is a family friendly event with two stages of great music playing all day. The acoustic stage will lend itself to duos and solo acts as the name suggests,
and the- main stage will play host to some of the larger and louder acts around town.
The headlining act for our music festival is The Preservatives. They will be supported by Iconic, Shannelee Ray and Rhomboid.
There will be interlude sessions with legendary local artist, DJ Spinal to mix some classics between musicians, and MC the event.
As with any music festival there will be plenty of food, drink and craft vendors. There will be plenty of craft beer in supply too thanks to Lighthouse Brewery,
who will have a range of their craft beer available for your enjoyment.
Limited Door Sales on the day. This is an all ages festival, but proof of ID will be required.
Children under 17 will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children under 14 are free but will still be required to have a registered ticket upon entry.
