This Friday the Great Kiwi Morning Tea returns.
The national event is Kiwis for kiwi’s fundraising initiative that supports kiwi conservation projects across the
country. Just $100 is enough to save one kiwi by controlling predators across its habitat for an entire year.
Everyone can do their bit to help by hosting a morning tea with family, friends, colleagues and neighbours with guests
making a donation.
For those people who don’t have time to bake, Bakers Delight is donating $2.00 to Kiwis for kiwi from every 4 pack of
scones sold this Friday, nationwide.
While the official day is Friday 26th October, you can hold your event any time during Save Kiwi Month. For more
