Andrea Midgen is a proven leader with many years of extensive CEO and senior executive experience. Most recently she has
demonstrated her ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders in her dual roles of Acting CEO of RNZSPCA and CEO
of SPCA Auckland, bringing it to ‘One SPCA’.
Andrea will present the keynote: The SPCA: the journey so far and the journey ahead.
The National Not-For-Profit Sector Conference wouldn't be the same without Aly McNicoll, Director, LEAD Centre for NFP
Leadership. Aly has been involved with NFP leadership and management in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific for the
last 18 years.
Aly will open the conference and facilitate a workshop on Dealing with difficult personalities.
Fia Collins, Diversity Manager at Diversity Works NZ, is of Samoan heritage and was born and raised in West Auckland.
Fia has expertise in designing and delivering cultural responsiveness and inclusion programmes for the workplace as well
as mentoring young women.
Fia will facilitate the workshop on Cultural Intelligence - leading across cultures in the workplace.
Dick Downing has 20 years of NGO experience in both NZ and the UK and is currently on the leadership team at Connect
Supporting Recovery in Auckland. Dick is manager of their social enterprise, Changeability.
Dick will facilitate a workshop on Change Management drawing on up to the minute research in change management,
psychology and resilience.
