Help Kiwi Theatre Company to Take Their Lusty Show Offshore!

A Slightly Isolated Dog and Tour-Makers present
DON JUAN
EDINBURGH FUNDRAISING SEASON

Multi-award-winning theatre company, A Slightly Isolated Dog are off to make their Edinburgh debut in August, at the biggest Fringe festival in the world! But wait! Before they go, they need to make a pile of cash to pay for it, so they’re heading back to Q Theatre one last time with their 2016 smash hit show, Don Juan playing 5 – 9 June. If you missed out on the creative chaos last time around now is your chance to catch the madness and support this incredible New Zealand ensemble.

“SO F***KING FUNNY I ALMOST DIED LAUGHING” – @simonbwilson

Five ludicrous “French” performers create a riotous retelling of the story of Don Juan: the original master of seduction. This show places the audience in the centre of the action as literal stars of the show. It is by no means your “normal” night in the theatre, Don Juan feels like a wild dress up party where ANYTHING can happen.

Don Juan is the boldest and greatest of men. He lives big and loves big. In an age of anxiety, when was the last time we approached the art of consensual seduction with such confidence? The Don Juan experience gives us all the chance to be as impressive, successful, desirable and loveable as he is.

At the delectably sensible time of 6.30pm (and a racy 8.30pm show on Friday and Saturday), this is the perfect amuse-bouche for an evening out as Don Juan takes over Q’s most intimate performance space, transforming it into a one of a kind cabaret experience complete with its own bar and cosy table seating for all. Bring your partner, message your tinder-date or get your friends together* for this outrageously funny afternoon delight! (*Flying solo is also encouraged).

With shows like Jekyll and Hyde, Don Juan, and Santa Claus under their belts, A Slightly Isolated Dog have become well renowned for their fast, furious and irreverent performances.
