Ubu crashes through the looking glass to discover spectacular sights and surreal sounds inspired by Tom Waits, Cocteau Twins, Arcade Fire, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Stevie Nicks, Kate Bush, Shocking Pinks, Willie Nelson, Chris Isaak and more. And what's in the soup?

Ubu Nights are quite unlike anything else - anywhere! Combining theatre, music, film and hospitality, enter exhilarating, sensory environments where the unexpected is to be expected.

Proudly supported by The Arts Centre - Christchurch and Christchurch Creative Communities, Free Theatre together with its hospitality partner The Rolling Om collaborates with a diversity of artists to create spectacular experiences. Ubu's Bar is stocked with the finest from Black Estate Wines and Cassels & Sons with an Ubu Special reflecting the experience of the night.
