The return of the hilarious award-winning storyteller
Notorious* Proudly Presents
Jamie Bowen
It Happened Then, Now
His previous trilogy of shows gained him two Fred Award nominations and won him two NZ Comedy Guild Awards for Best Live show, and knowing Jamie’s form we’re expecting more to come.
With a story-telling style that shows his vulnerability, and invites the audience on a journey, this is more than a comedy club set. This is theatrical comedy at its finest.
Jamie witnessed a moment in time. A girl eating her sandwich, who was in her own little world amongst the cacophony of the café. A really fascinating moment occurred right then. A moment that Jamie will explore during this show.
"…a masterful performance by Bowen" – tvnz.co.nz, NZ
He’s been on TV, 7Days, The Comedy Gala, AotearoHA. So you can trust he know what he’s doing, you’re in safe hands with this award-winning professional.
This is a show about life, the small moments we miss. Hilarious, heart, soul… and dick jokes. This is a show for that girl, and her sandwich.
