RISING NZ RAP SENSATION TOM FRANCIS TO DROP SOPHOMORE ALBUM
“THE FOLLOW UP”
FRIDAY FEBRUARY 23
With his highly anticipated sophomore album The Follow Up due to drop February 23rd and a collaboration with Hip Hop Godfather Snoop Dogg on the cards for March, there's no doubt Tom Francis is a force to be reckoned with.
Since smashing onto our radar practically overnight in 2016, Tom Francis has been making big waves and fast. His debut album Underestimated immediately placed at #1 in the iTunes charts, knocking international sensation Drake off the coveted spot. His album has now been streamed over 4 Million times worldwide and the international stage is taking note.
He's got some massive social media allies the likes of Snoop Dogg, Only1jshea, Liam Ferrari, Jimi Jackson and Jem Wolfie and there's no ignoring the groundswell behind him. Only last month Tom was invited on stage by Colin Hays, of Men At Work fame, to spit a verse of "Land Down Under" during his set with ELO's The Orchestra and Alanis Morrissette. On top of that he's even been named one of the top-10 finalists in the upcoming "Young New Zealander of the Year" awards.
At only 22 years old and 2 years into the game Tom Francis is about as fresh as they come, but when music legends and industry heavyweights such as Twista, King Los and Snoop Dogg start to take note, you know you're looking at history in the making.
