Sam Smith Adds Extra Arena Shows in Auckland, Melbourne & Sydney to Meet Huge Pre-Sale Demand All Shows on Sale Mon 22 Jan
The love between Sam Smith and fans down under is stronger than ever, with thousands of pre-sale tickets being snapped up to the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter’s The Thrill Of It All Australian and New Zealand tour this November.
In response to the demand, Frontier Touring are thrilled to confirm second concerts at Auckland’s Spark Arena (Saturday 3 November), Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena (Tuesday 6 November) and Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena (Saturday 17 November). Tickets to all eight shows on the tour will go on sale from 2pm local time on Monday 22 January.
The Thrill Of It All World Tour celebrates Smith’s acclaimed sophomore album of the same name - featuring stirring songs like ‘Too Good At Goodbyes’, ‘One Last Song’, ‘Burning’and ‘Pray’ - which debuted at the top of the charts in the United Kingdom, United States and New Zealand and at #2 on the ARIA Album Chart, and has already gathered more than 2.1 million album sales worldwide.
‘The second LP from English retro-soul powerhouse Sam Smith doubles down
on the magnificent, gender-nonconforming voice he showcased on his 2014 debut,
In the Lonely Hour. The results knight one of the mightiest, most expressive
singers of his generation.’ - Rolling Stone
Smith has gone from strength-to-strength since the release of 5x Platinum (AU) debut album In The Lonely Hour (2014) and James Bond theme ‘Writing’s On The Wall’ winning an array of awards including an Academy Award, a Golden Globe, three Brit Awards, three Billboard Music Awards and four Grammys, among others.
Smith’s Australian and New Zealand shows have a habit of selling out at speed and if pre-sale demand is anything to go by, his The Thrill Of It All tour is set to follow suit! Don’t miss the chance to witness the voice that has won hearts and acclaim the world over when he returns to our shores in November. Act quickly to secure your tickets!
