Solid Entertainment are excited to announce that The xx have chosen Fazerdaze as their opening act for their show at The Trusts Arena, Auckland on Thursday 11 January 2018.

The xx have also confirmed that their chosen organisation in NZ for the $1 donation from every ticket purchased will be RainbowYOUTH Aotearoa.

Immediate purchase is advised if your preference is for a Reserved Seat rather than GA Standing.

We are keen to stress the venue’s ease of location and transport for those less familiar with the journey – it is a fifteen minute drive from the central city and parking is available onsite at The Trusts Arena. There are also spaces for several thousand vehicles within minutes of the venue.

Doors open 6.30pm and it is an All Ages event with a fully licensed bar available.

Signed to Flying Nun, Fazerdaze is the project of singer Amelia Murray who has had a huge year touring the USA, UK, Europe, Asia, Japan and Australia around the release of their debut album Morningside.

Fazerdaze were one of the most nominated artists at this year's New Zealand Music Awards, receiving received 4 nominations for Best Album, Breakthrough Artist, Best Alternative Artist and Best Video (Lucky Girl).

With the live bands commitment to touring worldwide and the momentum being generated overseas, there has only been time for two headline New Zealand performances in 2017 – two sell-out shows in Auckland and Wellington.

Fazerdaze will be onstage at around 19.45 as the main support for The xx.
