Christmas At The Races Selling Out Fast!
Alexandra Park’s popular Christmas At The Races hospitality evenings are quickly selling out. Tickets are still available, but Alexandra Park Sales & Events Coordinator Danielle Upton is urging people and organisations to act now to avoid disappointment.
The Christmas At The Races evenings will take place on Fridays 17 and 24 November and 1, 8, 15 and 22 December as well as Thursday 30 November and Saturday 16 December.
“Most of our dates have now sold out, but the good news is we still have availability on Thursday 30 November and Friday 22 December, and some limited space on Saturday 16 December,” says Ms Upton.
“Our Holly packages start from just $68 per person, through to our more premium Pohutukawa packages in the likes of Top of the Park. We’re also selling tickets for our balcony tables, so there’s certainly something for everyone. And regardless of the package you decide, everyone gets to enjoy our sumptuous Christmas-style buffet.”
Alexandra Park is renowned for delivering delicious dining packages, exciting harness racing under lights, some great viewing spots, and an all-round fun night out. Then after the last race, everyone gets together at The Alex Bar & Eatery to enjoy some live entertainment.
“There’s always plenty of atmosphere, making Our Christmas At The Races evenings the perfect work Christmas party. Despite us putting on extra evenings this year, these tickets are proving hot again. With only three nights out of the eight still available, anyone interested really needs to move quickly.”
Sales & Marketing Manager, Joel Reichardt, says Alexandra Park’s marketing campaign this year has worked a treat - aimed at those who have been tasked with organising their work Christmas party, with the message: ‘Everything you need, sorted with one booking’!
Mr Reichardt says dining packages for Auckland Cup Day on New Year’s Eve are now also available. Hosted in the Tasman Room, tickets to the sumptuous buffet dinner range from $60 per person through to $110 for premium beverage packages and prime viewing. On 31 December, there’ll also be plenty of free family activities, and then after the races a fireworks display and performance by band Split Second.
