Sawdust, circus with sparkle
An evening of circus and song with a sprinkle of magic.
For the first time, Wellington audiences will get to see what’s been emerging in the circus world in the creative capital.
Sawdust showcases the spectacular and vibrant talents from the Whitireia Performing Arts (Dance) [Circus] programme.
This is a show for all the family, featuring live music, mind bending acrobatics, dance, humour and magic. Wire walkers, acrobats and trapeze artists mashed with Motown, Jazz, and Soul…..the beautiful, the wonderful and the wild. . .
The show is brought to you by award winning circus director Deborah Pope and Cirque du Soleil’s Rosalie Ducharme.
Hannah Playhouse 16-18 November at 8pm, matinee 18 November at 2pm
