Star & Garter Burlesque Show In The Round – Saturday 4th November, 8pm
The Star & Garter Burlesque show is set to be an evening of of sultry tease and delectable delight featuring some of NZ’s award-winning Burlesquers.
Burlesque in the round – Burlesque served up centre stage is the vision of Hamilton’s Burlesque Doyenne - Michelle Parish – aka Ms Tittle Tattle.
Seven incredible performers will have one main stage plus three others lighting up the black box theatre of The Meteor for one incredible night of Burlesque.
“I wanted to create an intimate atmosphere, with Cabaret style seating ‘in the round’ so as an audience member you get an amazing performance experience, the costumes alone are breath taking, the lineup for the show is absolutely stunning.” Parish said.
The show features an award winning lineup of local Hamilton and Waikato performers, including reigning Queen of NZ Burlesque Festival 2017, Glamilton’s very own tiniest tease – Pixie Twist, Grand Tease Hamilton Winner 2015 - Ruby Spice, Midnight Mistress and Grace under Fire.
Starring headliner and Supreme Grand Tease Lilly Loca from Auckland winner of the NZ’s prestigious Grand Tease competition, plus Duchess of NZ Burlesque Festival - Miss Kitty Rose, Reigning Miss Frankton Thunder and Burlesque Beauty 2016 Kiki Kisses.
The night will include both classic and neo style Burlesque acts, this is a smart, crazy, cool show for sophisticated people.
Mistress of Ceremonies is Glamilton songstress Fiasco Belle.
