Cult Wine Presents Wild Stock
Natural Wine retailers Cult Wine are well underway their funding drive to bring the wild wine and beer drinkers of New Zealand two evenings of natural wine and sour beer accompanied by wild and foraged food on the 24th and 25th of February 2018.
Wild Stock will be held from 5pm to 8pm at Bicycle Junction on 1 Marion Street in the Wellington CBD.
Wines will be curated by drinks writer and Cult Wine director Jules van Costello while beers will be supplied by specialist beer subscription service Beer Jerk, many of which will be imported. Foraged food and wild game will be provided by Hillside Kitchen, Tinakori Bistro and The Ramen Shop. Winemakers and brewers will be on hand to talk wine and beer.
"Sour beer and natural wine have so many things in common," says Cult Wine director Jules van Costello, "and we believe this is an awesome opportunity for showcase the crazy end of the natural wine movement to wild beer lovers and vice versa. It is great to be collaborating with Beer Jerk to showcase wine and beer and to build a bridge between the two bevvys."
Advance tickets are available via PledgeMe (www.wildstock.co.nz) which ends on Monday 6 November 2017.
