Solo 42 Artist Talks and "Make an Offer"
It’s all go at the Academy Galleries this weekend.
Make an Offer
Solo 42 at the Academy Galleries has been a very successful exhibition so far and we’re hoping to make it more so with your help. Starting today and running until 2 pmon Sunday 28 May we’re adding to these final week’s excitement with - “Make an Offer”.
How does “Make an Offer” work?
You make an offer, like a bid in a silent auction, on any unsold work. On Sundayafternoon if the work remains unsold we will present realistic offers to the artists on your behalf and will let you know if your offer is accepted. (Of course you can still pay for the work at the listed price on the spot to be sure you get the work you love.)
The exhibition closes 4 pm Sunday 28 May so be in quick.
Meet the Artists - Sunday 21 May between 2 and 4 pm
Four of the artists will be in the gallery to talk about their work. Meet Claire Clark, Nicola Manthel, Whetu van den Oever and Tania Dally.
And if you can’t make it on Sunday there’s another opportunity on Saturday 27 Maybetween 10 and 2 pm.
