This workshop is an invaluable tool for actors, directors, dancers and choreographers to grasp a deeper understanding of
how the body communicates. Derived from modern dance, the Viewpoints is an improvisational movement technique that

ABOUT TINA:
Tina Mitchell is a New York based actor, director and theatre maker. She has studied extensively and worked with The
SITI Company and Anne Bogart and is currently performing in Punchdrunk’s Off-Broadway immersive show ‘Sleep No More’.
