Embarking on His First Nationwide Tour This Month
Mitch James has been catapulted into the hearts, minds and playlists of Kiwis with the recent success of his debut #1 New Zealand airplay single MOVE ON, and to celebrate Mitch will embark on his very first nationwide tour, playfully named HUMBLE ROADIE TOUR presented by Spark and Spotify.
With 10-dates scheduled across the country, Mitch will kick off the tour with his first show in Auckland at REC Bar this Friday night and will travel the country before finishing up in his hometown Dunedin on March 30th.
The 21-year-old, who has racked up over 2.5 million streams on Spotify across his first official releases NO FIXED ABODE and MOVE ON is excited to have the chance to hit the road, travelling the country in a VW Kombi van, an idea he came up with 2 years ago while hanging out with friends.
“I am super excited to see my first tour come to life as it has been an idea of mine for a couple of years now! I can’t wait to play new music, bring some mates along for the ride to visit towns small and big, see our beautiful country and finish it all off in Dunedin”.
During his travels on tour, Mitch will capture the full experience on video and will be releasing a 5-part Tour Diary that will be available across Spark, Spotify and Mitch James’ own social channels.
