FREAK STORM FORCES ANNO DOMINI TO MOVE INDOORS TO NECK OF THE WOODS
With this weekend’s weather forecasted for lightning bolts and thunderstorms, it appears summer wasted no time loitering and we can 100% officially kiss her good bye. Instead of cancelling the final party in the Anno Domini event series promoters have made the proactive decision to move the music to the covered and dry comforts of K Road’s Neck of the Woods.
“After experiencing 2 fantastic rooftop events this summer, unfortunately Mother Nature has caught up with us - and in the interest of keeping the party going we’re partnering with our buddies at Neck Of The Woods and moving indoors,” say promoters David Benge and Tom McGuinness. “We can’t wait to turn Neck of the Woods into Auckland’s best day club fitting for the finale of Anno Domini 2016/17”
With German DJ heavyweight Gerd Janson leading the charge and playing a very special extended set, running times remain unchanged with doors at Neck of The Woods (155B, Karangahape Road) opening at 3pm with local stars K2K & Tim Richards warming up. New kids on the block Lord of the Fries will be the food vendor de jour, with burgers, fries and hot dogs all on the menu.
Those holding current tickets are invited to simply turn up to the new venue to gain entry. For those without tickets, updated tickets for the new venue are on sale now here http://bit.ly/AnnoDominiTix. However, the smaller capacity of Neck of the Woods means that there are less than 100 tickets remaining!
Anno Domini is proudly supported by Kronenbourg 1664, Spy Valley Wines, Angostura NZ Rum, Thomas Dakin Gin, Broken Shed Vodka and Red Bull Energy.
