All of us at Frocks on Bikes Auckland would like to wish you a very happy New Year! We hope you've managed to grab a bit of time off, and fit in a few more bike rides than normal! If nothing else, its the perfect time of year to jump on your bike and head down to your local - bar, cafe or shops, take your pick!! With less cars on the road over the holiday period, it really is an awesome time to get around by bike!

Wednesday 4 January
Spokes Ladies Ride
Join us for this monthly bike ride that combines the best things in life: style, art, music, conversation, fine food and beverage.....all with bicycles!! Come and join us this month for a wonderful summer cruise along the waterfront. Check out full details here. As always, all bike types/styles/ages/fitness levels and speeds are encouraged.
Monday 30 January
Open Streets
Open Streets is back again in 2017, and this year the fun will be happening in the Wynyard Quarter area. The streets will be closed to traffic, and there will be lots of good things going on. Better yet its Monday 30th January, which is Auckland Anniversary weekend!
Details are still being finalised, but we will be back to you with more info soon, and be sure to check our Facebook page, as we'll be sharing the event there too! Make sure you mark this one on your calendar, because this is sure to be a fun day out!!
Get ready for the 2017 Auckland Bike Challenge
Auckland Transport is bringing back the Auckland Bike Challenge this February. Now bigger and better with NZTA’s nationwide Aotearoa Bike Challenge.
It’s a fun, free workplace competition that lets you discover how easy and enjoyable riding a bike can be.
During February, workplaces from across the country will compete to see who can get the most people riding a bike. There are a number of exciting prizes on offer, including a trip to Croatia!
