With their Powerstation Auckland show heading for a sell out, Kiwi legends The Mockers have announced they will also play on the North Shore of Auckland.
The Mockers will perform at The Brownzy in Browns Bay on Saturday January 21. Tickets are on sale from 9am Monday
(December 19) at Ticketmaster.co.nz and the venue from Tuesday.
Fans can look forward to classic hits like Forever Tuesday Morning, Swear It’s True, One Black Friday, My Girl Thinks
She’s Cleopatra, and many many more.
Joining forces for the classic Mockers line-up’s first Kiwi tour in 30 years are NZ-based Andrew Fagan (vocals), Brett
Adams (guitar), plus Geoff Hayden (bass) - travelling from London, and keyboard maestro - Australian-based Tim Wedde.
Says frontman Andrew Fagan: “We’ve all been overwhelmed by the amazing response since the announcement of our reunion
tour - both face to face and on social media. It’s great to be able to add a North Shore show to keep more of our
friends up north happy.”
Special guest for all North Island shows is Delete Delete – featuring members of stellar* and elememo p.

The Mockers enjoyed three Top 10 albums and six hit singles, and played to huge crowds across the country throughout the
1980s, riding a wave of New Wave pop success with the likes of the Dance Exponents and DD Smash.
The reunion will also serve as tribute to Mockers drummer and friend Steve Thorpe, who passed away in 1986. Special
guest drummer is longtime Mockers fan, Chris O’Connor from the Phoenix Foundation.
