TASH SULTANA ANNOUNCES NEW ZEALAND TOUR IN MAY 2017
After an EPIC 2016 with sold out shows around the world, Tash Sultana is excited to announce a New Zealand tour for 2017, playing Christchurch, Wellington and returning to Auckland in May.
Tash made her first visit here in November where she played an incredible sold out show at the Kings Arms in Auckland.
The 21 year-old from Melbourne has become a worldwide sensation over recent months. The incredibly infectious energy of her one-woman show has been winning people over all round the world.
She sings, beatboxes, and plays guitar, mandolin and numerous other instruments on stage, using loops and electronic effects to build a vibe that’s a unique and totally spellbinding experience.
Her 2016 schedule already packs in Laneway Australia and Singapore, a USA tour in February and UK/Europe tour and Tash is stoked to get three more shows in New Zealand in May.
Tash has won triple j’s award for “Unearthed Artist of the Year” and Australia’s National Live Music Award as “Best Live Roots Act”.
