Curves sign on as support sponsor for 2016
The world’s best female sporting league will team with one of the world’s largest women-only fitness franchises in a new partnership for the 2016 ANZ Championship season.
ANZ Championship General Manager Andy Crook is delighted to announce that Curves will become an official support sponsor of the league.
Curves, which has been helping women in over 90 countries lead healthier lives since established in 1992, has 200 clubs operating throughout Australia and New Zealand.
“We’re thrilled to partner with a respected female organisation that shares our values and beliefs in regards to promoting healthy and active lifestyles,” Crook said.
“The Curves community are driven by a common passion to achieve their personal goals, very much like our ANZ Championship athletes.
“The coaches and support staff in the ANZ Championship play a crucial role in monitoring and shaping the fitness, health and well-being of the athletes every week to ensure optimum performance.
“Likewise, a Curves’ coach is there to teach and motivate members through a 30-minute workout designed for every fitness level.”
Curves Marketing Manager Jacqui Bialocki said: “We are very excited to take our partnership with ANZ Championships to the next level in 2016.
“We are highly supportive of women in our community who are strong and dedicated not only to their sport but also to leading a healthy lifestyle.
“Our overall objective is to give all women the opportunity to gain strength, get fit and stay healthy with the help of their Curves coach and our proven program of strength training.”
