ANZ Championship brews up new Official Ball Partner
The ANZ Championship has brewed up a new major sponsor with The Coffee Club becoming the Official Ball Partner for the 2016 season.
ANZ Championship General Manager Andy Crook said the new deal with The Coffee Club was a reflection of the continued success of the world’s best netball league within Queensland and beyond.
“The ANZ Championship has experienced tremendous success, especially in Queensland this year following the Firebirds’ thrilling premiership, so we’re pleased to welcome The Coffee Club to our sport,” Crook said.
“The partnership will see two iconic Australian brands in the ANZ Championship and The Coffee Club team up for 2016.”
The Coffee Club was established in Brisbane in 1989 and now has more than 360 cafes in every major capital in Australia and cities in New Zealand where the 10 teams are based.
The Coffee Club CEO Jason Ball said the company is excited to partner with one of the most popular sports in Australia and New Zealand.
“There is a very strong and clear alignment of our brand values, our customers and the opportunities presented by our new netball relationships,” Ball said.
Crook is also delighted to see The Coffee Club extend its commitment to the ANZ Championship by becoming the naming rights sponsor of defending champions Queensland Firebirds.
