Sell-out solo comedy to delight Palmy audiences as part of national tour
The Things We Do is an award winning one-woman show on at The Dark Room this October. After a sell-out season at BATS Theatre for the NZ Fringe Festival and successful South Island tour, it continues on delighting audiences through the North Island as a part of a wider national tour.
The Things We Do: 100% free-range, organic physical comedy performed by comic-genuis Sarah Tuck. It exposes the unspoken truth about the silly, quirky and outright weird things we all do when we think no one is looking. Chasing all the likely supermarket suspects through more shenanigans than we would normally admit to, it’s a spontaneous and vivacious show that stands out from the shelf. To the beat of the classic supermarket playlist, it is literally the things we all do… and a few of the things we wish we could do too!
Sarah Tuck is a Victoria University Theatre programme graduate who has extensive experience in a variety of professional Wellington productions. She has a mesmerising character-switching, crowd connecting charm that holds the audience in the palm of her hand.
A hilarious and spontaneous hour that will have you cracking up at your own trolley antics next time you are back at the check out queue!
Presented by Pat-A-Cake Productions & The Dark Room
