Rio Hosts ITU Olympic Test Event This Weekend
The ITU hosts its test event for the Rio Olympic Games this weekend, with a number of New Zealand athletes and coaches present to test the venue and surrounding infrastructure as they plan towards a successful Olympic Games in 2016. While there are just the four New Zealanders racing this weekend, the coaching team are very much on a reconnaissance exercise as they look to plan the best way of approaching and executing the Kiwi involvement in Rio 2016.
