Rave reviews are pouring in, declaring his Off The Hook show as a must-see so make sure you don’t miss your chance to see him touring New Zealand this August!
"Stand-up comedy of the first order" - The Times
Expect a master
class in comedy when Dylan Moran brings his
brand new show Off The Hook
to New
Zealand for a national tour in August this
year.
Moran, who has been referred to as The Oscar Wilde of comedy, has recently been sharpening his deceptively rambling stand up in unusual places including Kiev, Moscow and Kazakhstan, making him the first western comic to perform in St Petersburg – with all shows receiving 5 star reviews.
"One of the brightest, most original comedians in the land" - The Times
He has spent much of last year touring the US whilst working on a television pilot for ABC and an appearance on Letterman.
This new show, Off The Hook, his first New Zealand tour in over four years, promises to deliver more of Moran’s unique take on love, politics, misery and the everyday absurdities of life all delivered with poetical panache.
"As sharp as barbed wire" - Edinburgh Evening News
Moran is unpredictable, startling, bizarre but above all, brilliant and hilariously funny. It’s important not to be fooled by this gentle Irishman’s unkempt appearance, benign expression and softly spoken brogue. Watching Moran perform is an exhilaratingly unpredictable ride. At one moment an unexpectedly long silence has the audience in nervous suspense, then suddenly they erupt into hysterical laughter.
For any lover of comedy, this is the must see show of 2015!
